Your Ultimate Toolkit
Targeting healthy eating, physical activity and sedentary behaviour
This Toolkit has been co-developed with the family day care sector. It is an online tool for service providers and educators that can be used for quality improvement related to healthy eating and movement behaviours in family day care.
For Service Providers:
The Dashboard
As a service provider, you will have access to a visual summary of your educators:
– Current practices in healthy eating and movement behaviours compared with the National Quality Standard and Munch & Move Practices
– Self-assessment reflections
Service providers will be able to use these data to help complete parts of the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) Quality Improvement Plan template.
For Service Providers:
Quality Improvement Plan
This Toolkit has been designed to assist service providers in reviewing or developing your Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). You will be able to access your educators’ self-assessment reflections and view summarised results comparing their current practices in healthy eating and movement behaviours against the National Quality Standard. This Toolkit utilises the ACECQA QIP template that you can choose to fill in with these data.
For Educators:
